So when reporting what is the best way should we report, just one line of verbal abuse or each line since we never know how long it will go on?

Just report the one time. When support checks it, they go over the log around the time not just the one thing said. So they will look both before and after the report to get the whole picture. Unless it is something that is said a long time after as this will be harassment, which is another reportable issue.
So, report each separate incidence once.
