1. Definitions
NCSOFT = NC Interactive, Inc.

I thought NCSOFT was selling NC Interactive to establish new subsidiary?
If they already sold NC Interactive does that render the agreement Null and Void?

I’m sorry that I don’t know anything about the sale you refer to. Latest I can see is from December of 2012. But I do know the UA was reviewed by multiple attorneys and is definitely in force.
