Updating the email address on my account

Hello,

I no longer use the email address that is associated with my account. I do still have access to it, but I am trying to update all of my online accounts to use a new address. For the life of me, I can’t find a link on the website which allows me to do this. The “My Account” link only lets me change my password or download the client. How does one go about updating their email address?

Please go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
