Unplayable graphics glitches

So I was in a dungeon, and this started happening:

So I installed a new graphics driver, to make sure I was up to date, and now my game looks like this:

Asus G73, i7 740, nVidia GTX 460M and 8gm DDR3 1333mhz ram. Windows 7.

Any ideas? I can’t play right now. Every other game is fine.

Looks like possible driver corruption. You may also want to update your DirectX if you haven’t already. Could you post a DxDiag to the thread so we can see if anything else could be causing this issue for you?
