I lost my mobile authenticator & i’m trying to unlink it so I can add a new one
but everytime I login to my account & use the account recovery method the “Unlink Authenticator” button is greyed out.
And when I login to my account & go to security It is asking me to enter the “Current code from the authenticator app” which I don’t have anymore.
I sent a Request & got a reply to change the password.
But i’m not trying to change the password, just Unlink the authenticator
