first, sorry for my bad english. hope you know that i mean.
My account (Arie.4203) has banned in 10-21-2013 with issue botting or simalar, and is not eligible for reactivation under any circumstances. i will not send ticket again, because too many that haven’t a respon.
i feel this is not fair, because i play the game by my-self. not automating the game play.
first time i think this caused by multi-boxing, i ask about multi-boxing that i do to support team. they tell me is allowed when i not autamated game play (Always press ALT+TAB , 1 key per 1 account in one time).
And then i think maybe caused by Logitech Setpoint(that isntalled in my laptop for increase my mouse sensitifity), i dont know this software capable to automated game play. if i know i cant use my laptop to play gw2.
even if this software is capable to automated game play, i still play by my-self. is that violate?. How do you feel when you play by your self, and then they assume you are botting?.
Maybe I get banned caused my stupid think that not know this software is forbidden!. But, how can i know this software is forbidden without “warning/error-message”?. I just want to comfortable and quiet playing.
