Unexpected Visitors Mission Glitch

Ballista Geargrind gets stuck after the Norn attack at the bridge and will not continue escorting the charr caravan forward. I have restarted the mission about 4 times. Each time the mission has failed to let me move forward. I have been stuck at this point for days. Please help!

I haven’t been able to reproduce this bug, all I can give is the usual advice: make sure there aren’t any nearby enemies, since you need to defeat them all before Ballista will proceed.
