Unauthorized access to acc

So when i try to log into the game it says that an unauthorized individual has tried to access my account (which was me as i moved house) and it said i had to contact customer support, which i have and they still haven’t got back to me….bloody ridiculous. Anyway, i logged onto my account on the website, went onto security and the only IP that has tried to log on was my old house and this one, the ip for this house is under authorized access yet i still cannot log in… any help as customer support is doing jack ****?

The account associated with this user name was hacked and terminated in September of last year. If you are the legitimate owner, Support will work with you, but you will need to prove your ownership of the account, which you will do in a ticket, not with rude posts in a forum.
