Unacceptable behavior...

I bought the deluxe edition, and went to create an account. When I tried to create it, it informed me the email was already in use. Which I knew it was, it was my old account. I figured I could just reset the password and attach the upgrade code to that account and keep playing.

Unfortunately all went well until I tried to login on the patcher. I got the unacceptable behavior message and I have no clue what it would be for other than someone forced my login and pw.

I was wondering if I could redeem my serial code and apply it to this account. So I don’t have to waste more money.
