I am trying to submit a support ticket. (The underlying issue is with transfer limits— I am trying to mail crafting materials to my real-world girlfriend’s character, and apparently I am sending too much.) When I try to submit the ticket, it tells me that I need to enter a phone number and time to call back. I would love to, but there are no such fields on the form.
