Unable to Purchase More Gems

Hello all; I was wondering what was the reason I was unable to purchase more gems via the gem store. I know when I attempt to it notifies me with a message stating I should contact customer support. Does that mean I should create a ticket to verify my identity or something? Thanks again!

Hello to both of you.

The gem store sometimes displays problems for some users but these are cleared after a few hours. Please, check it later on whether it is possible or not for you to buy gems; if it is not, please, do not hesitate to file a ticket with Customer Support.
