As the title says, I’m unable to get, for example, the free BL key today, but it appears in my Promotions tab. The same happened a week ago with the last giveaway. However, I could get those items during the previous sale. This is happening with every item.
So, I got my key, repair canister, magic find boost a few weeks ago but they are still in the Promotions tab as in the screenshot below (I assume that after their “free” time, they should disappear). So, when those items are free again, I can’t get them.
Is that intended (just one item once), or is any kind of bug? It seems like some kind of “gemstore cache” isn’t cleaning properly.
