Trying to win WvW via the forums: Working as intended?

Almost as soon as these forums were created, people started advocating for changes in WvW because they perceived it would give their server a better chance to “win”.

I was hoping that ANet could weigh in and let us know if they planned on the forums being a 5th battlefield for WvW, or if players should focus their competition in-game.

We absolutely do not want to encourage forum fights (which is why we locked the current results thread).

We want the fighting to remain in game, and we want the forums to be for productive discussions. Raging at other players or worlds is not productive and will not be tolerated.
