I am trying to help my wife recover her guild wars 2 password. We cannot find her serial key in any of our email inboxes for some reason.
I have tried to use the Guild Wars 2 support site to send in a ticket multiple times and it has failed every time. It just gets stuck submitting until the page expires and I have not received a confirmation email for the ticket. Is there some other way I can get this situation resolved?
