Try to Buy Gems, lose gold get nothing.

So last week I tried to buy gems with gold. I spent 12G, then it said there was an error. When I re-logged I was 12 Gold short and had not received any gems. I contacted support, they couldn’t help me.

Today, I try to buy 50G worth of gems on the TP. Doesn’t work, I re-logged after playing for about an hour and find 200G gone. No gems, nothing, just gone.

Now, I’ve been trying to save up for a precursor and that was pretty much all the gold I had saved up. Is there anyway to get that back? Is anyone else having these same issues atm?

You have submitted a ticket, and that is where you will get assistance, not through this forum.

As we have said many times, players are asked to allow the team time to see, much less review, any submitted ticket. Posting immediately upon submission of the ticket is a waste of time for the player and for the staff members involved.

Please do not submit and post but allow the team time to work on a resolution for the issue.
