Trouble buying gems

Over the last few days I have not been able to purchase gems from the gem store. I have tried today recently but I’m still getting the same issue. I looked over my bank account and it hasn’t shown anything. When I try to purchase gems it says “there was an error processing your request”.

I looked at https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/account/FAQ-Gem-Store-BLTC-Trading-Post/page/40#post2064549 but nothing seemed to help. I also realized that the black lion trading company was in maintenance mode a few days ago so I thought that was to blame, but after trying and failing today I don’t really know what to do.

If anyone can help thanks in advance.

You want to buy gems. We want you to guy gems. (And thank you for trying!) I think the best way to address this is to ask you to submit a ticket by visiting the Support link above and then clicking “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page. The team will be able to assist you.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.

Hey, the same problem has happened to me also and I just wanted to know if there is anything i could do? I submitted the support claim ticket, yet nothing has changed

The ticket will take a bit of time to get resolved, but the team will help you, if the problem is on our end. Sometimes, it’s the CC company or the Bank that’s causing the stop, and in that case our agent will let you know so you can ring your bank/CC company and ask them to process the sale. But if it’s on our end, we’ll do our utmost to get things resolved quickly.

When did you submit your ticket?
