Over the last few days I have not been able to purchase gems from the gem store. I have tried today recently but I’m still getting the same issue. I looked over my bank account and it hasn’t shown anything. When I try to purchase gems it says “there was an error processing your request”.
I looked at https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/account/FAQ-Gem-Store-BLTC-Trading-Post/page/40#post2064549 but nothing seemed to help. I also realized that the black lion trading company was in maintenance mode a few days ago so I thought that was to blame, but after trying and failing today I don’t really know what to do.

I think the best way to address this is to ask you to submit a ticket by visiting the Support link above and then clicking “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page. The team will be able to assist you.
