Trial account to full account number changed.

I upgraded my lads account from trial to full.
now the prob is that his end number has jumped up one,so instead of for example 0049 its now 0050.
so in game when i add him as a friend or guild it still says 0049,so i cannot sent him any items ect ect unless i changed the 0049 to 0050 in his mail.
I have del him and re-added him but the orig number stays and wont change..

Will this get fixed as i’m assuming it will prob happen to everyone whos upgraded from a trial account.

I agree, this is an issue if it’s messing up in-game mails or communications. It was my understanding that the system would know about the change, and that you would be communicating with the right person even with the wrong number.

I am going to ask the team about this. Thanks for the report.

I have the same problem. when I upgraded the trial it changed from 8394 to 8395. I also never received the Booster Multipack
