Transferring My Character Back

Hello there,

Awhile ago I was hacked and just recently was able to recover my account. When I was hacked, my character was moved to a different world on the UK servers.. Now that I’m back I’m trying to transfer back to Borilis Pass in the US servers to join my friends, but now it’s not free, and I do not have the funds to transfer my character back.

I was wondering if there was any chance I could get a transfer back so I can enjoy the game and play WvW with my friends. This would probably be my only transfer.

If I could be transferred back this one time, that would be great.

If you can update your ticket (the one in which the team helped you recover your account) they can look into the transfer question. I do believe they will be able to help you.
