Trading post pops up but can't use it

The trading post opens up, but it shows up like it does in this picture I attached. I cant use sell or buy anything. I don’t know if there’s another post like this one but would love to know how to fix it. (I also tried re-downloading the game about 4 times it still popped up this way).

I do think that thread will be helpful to you, as a kind player has posted some troubleshooting steps that are proving helpful to many players who are experiencing the same situation.

You also might check the Technical Support forums, but the Bug Forum is the best place to start, since this is a known issue.
