My trading post has been messing up for quite some time. Every time I go to sell something nothing appears and I am stuck waiting there for 10 minutes and nothing happens? and when I attempt to buy something the Buy button is grey and unclickable? this has been happening for about 2 weeks and I would like some help or to know why.

Well, that’s certainly frustrating for you, and I’m sorry to hear it! I suggest that you go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. (Subject, probably “Billing,” “Payment,” or “Purchase Issue” in the dropdown.)
