Tower Down (64) Personal Story Quest

So, i came to the part where i had to destroy towers, the first tower went down fine, but then i came to the second tower, i’ve killed everything around it and Tonn is just standing under it, he doesn’t blow it up, in other words i can’t proceed to the next part of the personal story.

Your previous story choices (i.e. race, profession, etc.)
Whether you’re doing the story solo or in a group
What you’re doing in this story step prior to the point where it stops working
