Tons of karma from customer support

I just wanted to make sure this is not a bug, i logged in today and i got a message from support, message saying i had replacement and blah blah,

i noticed a patch today but no mention of any karma thing, i also have not requested these form support.

what is going on…. just tell me if i can take these stuff anyway or if i should leave it be for the moment

Edit: i have an alt but this char also never requested these
the item with a 73 piece is kegs of liquid karma, 73*5k is a lot of karma, that is why i’m asking

Guys — we had some issues with karma, and we sent replacements or reimbursements to those who were impacted by that issue. This post will explain the matter and why we so generously gave you freebies.
