We have sent out all emails to prize winners who have choices between prizes. Once the last of those are returned, we will process distribution of prizes to everybody.
Please be patient for just a little bit longer. We haven’t forgotten about you, I promise.
Sorry, I should have clarified, emails were sent to team captains. If your captain hasn’t contacted you, you should take the initiative and contact him/her.
If we don’t receive emails from the last few teams we’re waiting on by tomorrow (Pacific Time), we will proceed with sending out awards to everybody else. Members of the remaining teams will have to wait until their prize choices are submitted before they receive prizes.
If everything goes according to plan, we won’t have to play email-tag next time and prizes will go out much quicker.
The prize list is now in the hands of the people who will be distributing them to player accounts. I will update here once distribution has been completed.
Prizes have been distributed, with the exception of the one team who hasn’t submitted their prize choice. We came back with a few invalid display names as well. Emails regarding those will go out to team captains this week. If you are eligible for a prize and have not received one, talk to your team captain towards the end of the week and have them check their emails (including spam folders).
Your team was the one straggler. The email came in right after rewards were distributed. We’ll get yours out this week, as we work to identify the invalid display names. Sorry for the holdup.
Your team captain misspelled your account name (areoxe.8140) on the form, Aeroxe. We’ll get it corrected and send it out with the rest of the stragglers.
We had a handful of awards unable to be delivered due to incorrect display names. Emails are out to all team captains affected by those. Replies to that email have a deadline of Friday May 23, 1500 PDT (GMT -7). If you have not received your prize, contact your team captain. If they cannot locate the email in their inbox, have them check their spam folders.
