My group just tried to run day 3 in the Black Citadel, and the final boss Toxx did not show up, even though the event description was there. Then, events started happening again. We tried to continue, only to have it happen again. We could not restart the instance, after disbanding and reforming the party, we kept being put back into the bugged instance. Anyone else have this problem?
