The offical website timer says act 3 starts “(12:00 PM PT/19:00 GMT)” i take PT to mean Pacific time, thats GMT-8 not GMT-7, i just woke up an hour early because of this mistake.

Between March 11 and November 4 of this year, Pacific Time is GMT -7, outside of those dates Pacific Time is GMT -8.
