Time for a promotion

Hi!
I just started playing GW2, and loving it so far.
The only problem is, it freezes in a mission.
I’m in a mission called “Time for a promotion”.
When i complete the objectives;
- Defeat the arena champion
- Defeat the giant devourer.

Nothing happens. I kill the devourer, and other Charrs run into the arena together with Urvan Steelbane. But then they just stop and stare at me. Nothing happens.
Is there anyone who can solve my problem, or tell me what im doing wrong?
I’m currently level 4, if that makes a difference.

Mercury, thanks for replying so quickly. Nogc, you could certainly try but if it does not get any better then please, proceed to send a ticket to Customer Support to inform about the issue and have a look inside the Game Bugs subforum, to see if someone has already encountered this problem. If not, please, feel free to create a new thread.
