Well it’s evening here now, just gone 6, and there’s still no sign of any email from anybody at ANet. Except, of course, for the marketing one asking me to upgrade to the DD edition…

My ticket’s still sitting on “updated” and I’m still not overly convinced that anybody has even read it. Some communication please, folks, this is getting to be beyond a joke.

And yes, obviously I’ve been checking my spam folder, my other email accounts, down the back of the couch etc.
