Ticket not getting a response?

I submitted a ticket about a skin to support a week ago now, specifically so I could get this handled before the complications which will come with the wardrobe patch, which may include the inability to replace the skin with an unsoulbound version (what I’m hoping for). And the patch is undoubtedly in a few hours with no response, is there anything I can do, or anything anybody else can do to expedite this ticket?

You will get an response as soon as an agent is able to review the matter and make a determination about how to best resolve it. I’m sorry if there is a delay, and I do wonder if you are perhaps having e-mail issues that prevent your receipt of our responses.
