its this kind of stuff that really puts customers off!
you log a support ticket, get an email to your registered address that invites you to reply to it with any more information etc… you reply to it and you get this… which makes NO SENSE!!!! how could my “recent update” be from an email not associated with the incident, when i replied to the email sent by support….!!!!!!!! are there any humans behind the scenes there?
