I want to explain few things by my self, English is not my mother tongue so it will be hard to me explain all things and my feelings, but I will try.
I’m a on-line player from 13 years till now, I started to play with the 4th Prophecy (The 4th coming) , then other MMOs came , DAOC, WOW, AION, Allods, Rift, SwTOR and GW2, and the constant in the game that I have played was the people I have met, and from WoW through the other games I played with same players. I have to admit that things did not went smoothly always…but hey… you know… humans…
All things were going like always… until yesterday morning, when after work I logged my GW2 account, where I have found a “permanent ban for actions involved in gold trading”…well… I was quite shocked, because I know that I have not done any of the action contested, and the only thing I remember is that " one copper" in that spam mail that I have reported and left in the mail box.
This is my first ban in 13 years (and the record is all your), and I have done nothing, while I ‘m not sure that I have been the most polite gamer ever ( you know… humans…) I’m sure that I never had… even remotely contacted a gold seller.
While I have opened a ticket and I wait, I read the forums and I found other players waiting days for similar problems. Some questions are coming in my head, first and above all "How this is possible ? " after…“Why I have to be treated like I’m now ?”
So, this is how it is ? I’m guilty of things that I didn’t do? I received no advice of suspension just the advice of permanent ban, no options to talk… or reply….nothing.
You have to excuse me, but I feel my self frustrated, I know that in the end you will check (and I hope that you will use more accurate methods now) and you will find nothing except one copper in a received in game mail that I did’t ask to receive and I was not able to delete. While I’m not being assisted (or I’m, but I’m completely unaware ) I’m asking to my self If I really I want back that account… but I will go on… for now; what I’m sure I lack something for and from you since yesterday and that are TRUST and 74.99 euro.
