What can I do in a situation like this?

People constantly leave of matches. The punishment has to be effective. If not the quality of the battle will continue to fall.
AND…
We already have no reward for doing pvp. And the matches are getting disappointing.
It is hard to continue a game for pvp despite the pvp does not bring anything back.
I really like this game but the PVP system is very weak (no reward and progression).
