Posting for my friend again because she cant post. You sent her an email saying your account has been fixed and you can log in but guess what it still says the account does not exists. Here is the info again

We are checking this now.
It looks that this really is working now. There was a random space in the credentials that was causing an issue.
Can your friend try that out now and see if it’s ok?
