We have been trying for days to buy gems!!!!
We tried 8 Different credit cards on two different accounts and nothing!
Can this be addressed? Who’s bum do we need to light a fire under?

I’m so sorry. Did you submit a ticket to support.guildwars2.com (using the Ask a Question) tab? If not, please do so and a team member will get back to you quite promptly on this. If you did submit a ticket, can you post again if you’re still having this problem after they’ve gotten involved? I’d like to have the 12-digit incident number, please. (But please do allow them at least 24 hours to work on this; issues involving finance are necessarily delicate for both your sake and that of the company, so the team will need a bit of time to examine the situation.)
