the game dosnt start

i just bought this game, install it, register, got e-mail with link of this
game – clicked on it and screen with account name came out.
that mail said that my account-name is exac as e-mail adress so i put it in and
the password i wrote the same like during the registration and every time
when i try to log in there is msg that the account name or password are wrong
what is the problem …
can anyone halp me please

You need to send a ticket to Customer Support, here explaining this problem and providing them with the details of your account (serial code, email, etc) so they can have a look into this and help you.
