After a new patch i have that problem “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. for additional support, please visit our support page”
Anyone now how to fix it?

Hi there Szejker,

Are you getting a particular error code number at all? Do you have any security software or firewalls enabled? You’ll also want to make sure all necessary Guild Wars 2 ports are completely open and accessible both inbound and outbound.

Please read this thread: https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/tech/Login-issues-after-12-23-Build-merged/first#post3413084 I believe the issue is related to those explained in that thread, and the programmers are working on a fix. (There is a solution about VPNing that might help.)
