I had recently goofed and unchecked the remember password function in the client and basically wiped my password! I freaked out and went to recover in which I realized I had lost my serial key.

I made a support ticket with credit card info, e-mail and some brief info about my character. I sent my support ticket and within 5 minutes, I had a password change request in my e-mail and I was back playing the game. I was thinking I would be out of the game for a week, and it took minutes!

Thank you very much Anet! I wanted to post a thank you, as there is a lot of hate and stress on the forums. Thanks for an amazing game and an even more amazing customer support, Specifically Alec!
