So, I was checking the Dev Tracker before going to bed and I have to say that GaileGray has been in the trenches trying to get peoples tickets answered and talking with their customers.
She really should be looked at as an example by other companies and even within Anet and NCsoft.
Anyway thanks for all the hard work Gaile! We appreciate it even if we dont always show it lol.

I will proceed to pass on this to her but in the meantime I will close the thread, since this does not belong to a general Guild Wars 2 discussion.
