Teleporting through the floor in Arah (explorable)

I do not know if this bug occurs in story mode because I was not using my current weapon set when I did that mode, and so I did not encounter this bug.

As a Mesmer using a staff, every time I use Phase Retreat I end up teleporting under the floor into a watery area from which I cannot escape except through the use of a waypoint. And since I’m often stuck in combat while under the floor, my only recourse is to log out and back in. This happens VERY OFTEN and makes Arah completely unplayable using my current weapon set.

I’ve seen this bug on multiple pathways all the way up to and including Giganticus Lupics. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how frustrating it is to find yourself under the floor while your group is deep into the fight against a boss, only to have them wipe and lose while you are trying to relog.

Please look into this and try to fix it.

Thanks for the report! We track this issue on a case-by-case basis, as it generally has to do with the map. Does it happen every where you use the skill or are there specific locations where you’re seeing it happen? Screenshot are one of the best ways to get the location information we need to track these down.
