According to the September 23rd News Blog, we are to receive Free Items all this week, beginning with a Free WXP Booster on the 23rd. No such item is available (free) in the Gem Store. There were , however, free items the previous week.

All this week, we’re giving away a new free sample in the Gem Store every day! Visit the Promotions tab of the Black Lion Trading Company daily to pick up your free item. Today, you can grab a free WXP Booster and put it to use in the ongoing WvW Fall Tournament 2014!
