Sylvari glow still bugged, refund?

MONTHS ago an issue emerged with the total makeover kits that bugged out the Sylvari glow after clicking “make changes”, even though you could see what your glow would look like in the preview there would be no glow after making the change and consuming the kit.

Last time this happened I posted on a topic about it and the gems were refunded to my account, I looked around before doing this and there were a lot of people saying it was fixed so I tried it again and once again it didn’t work.

I know support can give gem refunds so could I please get that again. Thanks in advance.

As far as we know — and it has been extensively tests — that bug was fixed months ago and all refunds were given at that time. (You mention that you did receive the refund.) We would not give a second refund because the glow is now working properly.

I have a suggestion: Try to move the bar for your glow. Sometimes the glow comes up set to zero, and the player needs to actively move the bar to get the desired effect. I think you’ll find this corrects the issue.
