Call me paranoid, but an ingame message claming to be of an official source with non-text symbols in it raises an eyebrow and got reported. Also unless i accept it, it seems i cannot delete it.

This is so embarrassing! First, yes, that’s a legitimate message. (In fact, I wrote it. 
) What happened was that somehow when the “text strings” were localized and prepared for the in-game presentation, the special characters got messed up, and as you can see, the results were not pretty.
- It is a legitimate message
- You did get a replacement kit or kits
- We’re going to try really hard to have less weird-looking messages in the future.
