I received an email last night from [email protected] claiming to be about an ANET internship. The address doesn’t seem professional to me. I’ll copy the actual email below if anyone can say one way or the other. If it is legit I will be excited but right now I get the feeling of key-logger.

Hello,
Thanks for applying to our programming internship roles. We have chosen to move you forward in the process with ArenaNet but at this time we do not provide for relocation or for visa assistance for new grads. If you are able to get to Seattle and meet the requirement for 12+ months at 15+ hours a week while remaining enrolled in school then we invite you to come and meet with the hiring managers. There are a few questions listed below that we need to have you respond to initially as we need to make sure your hourly commitment availability, etc and our needs are aligned.
Please submit your answers to [email protected].
1Are you available for the next 12 months for at least 15 hours a week? (most schools allow this type of internship to replace one of the college classes) (Yes/No)
2Are you available to start now? If not now, by the beginning of January? (Yes/No) Yes/No)
3. Are you aware that we pay $14/hour to our interns and is that hourly salary acceptable to you? (Yes/No)
4. Why are you excited about the idea of working at ArenaNet? Please limit response to one paragraph
5. What games do you currently play?
Next steps:
Once you return your answers we will begin scheduling people who are available 15+ hours a week for a year to come in for group interviews. Once the interview is complete we will select the very best to come in for a coding evaluation and possibly for a round of interviews with other members of the teams.
Thank you,
Human Resources
