Suspended for name after name change.

Yesterday I was forced to change my name from Fiddlebutt to Scuttlebutt Hamski. And today in the MIDDLE of my first Twilight Arbor run I got suspended for 71 hours.

I find neither of these names offensive. I pictured Fiddlebutt as a posh arrogant name that sounded phonetically good, and not two words that my friend informed me could be seen as a verb and noun. Thinking Fiddle being seen as a verb was the problem I changed my name and at first didn’t like it, but then grew to like Scuttlebutt Hamski. I decided it sounded good with a little light roleplay as a comically bad private detective. Detective Scuttlebutt Hamski. lol

Now I’m suspended for 71 hours and can’t play, the game that i paid for a month ago, over the weekend with friends who were looking forward to doing the new content.

How can I get this reversed? What was the problem? Butt? I’ve already made a ticket from yesterday and now a ticket today, but I feel like I wont get this reversed by the end of the weekend.

The name “Scuttlebutt” has been unblocked and this player’s suspension was removed. Yes, I believe that the second name’s censor was the result of agent error, where he or she was unfamiliar with the benign term. We’re sorry for that error and all should be well now.

Thanks for understanding.
