Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to restore any items that are destroyed in-game or vendored and are no longer in the buyback tab. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this causes you. Hopefully at some point in the future, this may be a courtesy we may be able to provide. Thanks again for contacting us! I’m missing Gem Store Items I purchased along with the items I was wearing while trying the new items on please advise who to contact to fix this issue.

I am missing default towns gear I was wearing
Witch’s gloves from Witch set purchased with gems
Phantom’s Hood purchased with gems
Bunny Ears purchased with gems
Aviator Sugnlasses purchased with gems
Aviator Cap purchased with gems

you did the right thing by contacting the support team and you received a reply from them. Unfortunately, there isn´t much that can be done anymore.
