Hi wonder if anyone could help me?
I submitted a ticket to support yesterday – went to check on the progress today and it said my support system setup was there but not completed. Ive now completed it but now theres no ticket showing up in my history.
My question is will the one i submitted yesterday eventually get linked to the support account?? (Based on the fact that you submit along with your email and username/4 digit code) or will yesterdays ticket have wandered off into the Aether never to be seen again??
I dont want to submit a new one if the original is still ok.
