I have had a decent amount of problems with GW2 and the support team has more or less failed miserably on helping with any of my support tickets. my account recently got hacked and i lost all my gold so i submitted a ticket about it and asked in the ticket if there is a rollback thing that is done like diablo 3 did. and all that was done for me which took 2 replies from me to answer more questions and a week and a half was they changed my password. which if they read ANY of the ticket they would have know that is redundant. now i still am missing most my stuff and have to change my password back to the new one i changed it to the moment i logged on and had everything missing. I am also bitter about it because i submitted a ticket for emails about authorize log-in attempts and it took 2 weeks and all that was done was they closed it and didn’t answer me.
