Support Team Please help

I made the mistake of trying to create a support ticked…when first asked it asked for to sign into the support category (I was already signed in on the forums), I tried signing in using my user name/account name with the .XXXX numbers behind it and not my email address cause I got confused…upon several tries of this figured out they wanted my previous sign ins that I already used. When I tried to use my reg sign in’s it then told me my support account has been disabled, I couldnot create a support ticket or sign in and to contact support to recover it…. I try to contact and all it wants me to do is sign in …How am I supposed to contact you without that feature. I am so lost. I am now locked out from any communication thru the support site and get this fixed so I can put in my support ticket for the originall thing. Yes I know this is my fault cause I got confused in the first place and was trying to sign in using info on my account but not the right sign in’s but by the time I figured it out it was to late. Please help

I suggest that you start fresh and use another email address to contact support. Please mention that you had this problem, so that the team can verify who you are and which accounts you own and, hopefully, get your support accounts down to just the one that you need.
