I made the mistake of trying to create a support ticked…when first asked it asked for to sign into the support category (I was already signed in on the forums), I tried signing in using my user name/account name with the .XXXX numbers behind it and not my email address cause I got confused…upon several tries of this figured out they wanted my previous sign ins that I already used. When I tried to use my reg sign in’s it then told me my support account has been disabled, I couldnot create a support ticket or sign in and to contact support to recover it…. I try to contact and all it wants me to do is sign in …How am I supposed to contact you without that feature. I am so lost. I am now locked out from any communication thru the support site and get this fixed so I can put in my support ticket for the originall thing. Yes I know this is my fault cause I got confused in the first place and was trying to sign in using info on my account but not the right sign in’s but by the time I figured it out it was to late. Please help
