I sent in a ticket for the gem purchase issue which I have posted in this forum and received no reply from it. When the ticket was checked they told me to go to this site http://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/ and do it from there. I can’t even check my ticket because whenever i log it takes me to the profile, and when i click on support it automatically logs me out. And for some odd reason, my support acount in the main gw2 site is blocked…. and I have been unable to make any gem purchases as of it.
