I’ve tried to reset my support account password about five times now, and I haven’t gotten a single email! I need help, because I need to send in a petition, but kitten if I can’t even get into my support account!

I think this might be the best suggestion. Support can help you close out any unwanted support accounts, but right now the critical factor is to get you into the system so the team can help you!
