Support Account disabled??

So I opened a Support Account the other day, so that I could open a ticket, regarding the fact that I cannot purchase anything from ArenaNet with my CC or my PayPal (Gems, copies of Guild Wars 2, etc, all declined).

So I opened the ticket, it sat open for a couple of days, I received a response asking for more info, I replied, and now… My Support Account has been disabled (apparently). I am unable to login, and when I request my username be emailed to me, the email never arrives. The site states that, if it never arrives, my account may be disabled, and to contact support.

How amusing, that they want me to contact support about my disabled support account! Aside from posting here, I’m not sure what else to do.

Why would my support account be disabled?? This is insanity…

I assume you have a ticket number of some kind? May I have that number?
